No Frills 20 Minute Morning Yoga Class – Five Parks Yoga Yoga Playlists
In less than twenty minutes you can start your morning with movement. This class begins in mountain pose, but, as always, includes breathing and a full spinal warm-up. If you are just waking up and getting your body moving, you have an opportunity to move, stretch and breathe, before practicing sun salutations, flow and some strength postures. No frills, lots of movement and energy building poses in a short amount of time – my version of short. 😉 Enjoy.
