Description

This 40-minute yoga flow class gets you moving around your mat with an emphasis on movements to isolate and strengthen the core, the quads, the upper back and arms. The flow includes a couple of balance postures like standing pigeon and airplane pose. Have fun and try the arm balance flying pigeon. Maybe you will have better luck than I did! 🙂 Finish class with boat pose, bridge and some stretches. Enjoy! Let me know what you think in the comments below!
