Ladies this is a workout that you are not going to want to miss. I have a little bit of everything programmed for you in this workout and we are going to work our entire body. This is a good fat burner / calorie burner and you will only need 23 minutes to complete it! There is programmed rest as usually so keep the intensity up while you are working. WORKOUT
:30- Knee pulldowns
:30- Upright row, out and down
:30- Walk outs
:30- Walking squats with hammer curls
Rest 30 seconds, complete 2 more times
Rest 1 minute
:30- High Knees/ Knee pulldowns
:30- Front raise to lateral raise
:30- Squat in and outs
:30- Seated clean and press
Rest 30 seconds, complete 2 more times
Rest 1 minute
:30- Jumping jacks
:30- Pull to side punch
:30- Wall sit with bicep curls
:30- Punch and crunch
Rest 30 seconds, complete 2 more times
