Today’s practice has an extra focus on twisting. It’s great for loosening up the spine and reducing back pain.

It’s a playful power yoga flow and is easy to squeeze in to your busy day. This vinyasa flow yoga will have you stretching the back and legs, and playing with different arm balances.

This class is meant to be fun, so come with an open mind and playful heart. If you fall, get right back up and try again.

A regular yoga practice will help you increase flexibility, strength, tone your body, and reduce stress. Try to get on your mat at least once a week, if not 2-3 times per week.
