40 min Core Power Yoga Core Power Yoga



Our intention for this practice is to move, flow, breathe, and break a sweat! This fast-paced class has minimal instruction, geared toward intermediate and advanced practitioners. We’ll power through sun salutations, core work, crow pose, balancing and twisting postures, and the option to kick up into handstand. We’ll end with wheel, hip openers, twists, shoulderstand, plow and fish.
