This months 60 minute flow is all about the hamstrings! We work to release the backs of the legs where emotions can get stuck. Tight hamstrings can mean back pain, strain, and discomfort. While starting out in this class, and possibly the whole way through, keep a slight bend in your knees to allow your back to release. We will work on strengthening our core, not just our “6 pack”, but also the back muscles that are huge for proper posture. We will have fun, we will flow, we will strengthen mind, body, and spirit. Grab your Citrus Fresh oil, or whatever you have on hand and head over to your mat for this invigorating full body core power flow.
