Perfect for an at home workout, or even at the gym! During our flow we are building long lean muscles by holding postures and adding in some light stretching. Focus on connecting movement with our breath so we can stay present and reach mind-body connection. Yoga is great to relieve stress and anxiety, and power vinyasa style yoga is excellent for weight loss and strength, stamina and flexibility improvement. All you need is a mat! This is a beginner friendly workout.
