Join me for this 35-minute hatha-yin yoga fusion yoga sequence. I invite you to take the next 35-minutes to reunite with your breath with deep inhalations and exhalations. We’ll cultivate a strong relationship with your breath uniting your breath with the movement and within your body as we hold each posture. Be present with yourself feeling balanced in your body & in your mind within your surroundings.

As we flow, tune into how it feels to be so connected with your breath! Remember, your relationship with your breath is something you can turn to in times of stress, anxiety, fear, any of our strong emotional feelings, to feel calmer and more centered. Your breath is a healthy coping mechanism to help aid any emotional eating tendencies. When you noticed you are going for the food, take a moment to pause, and do a few cycles of this breath-work.

When in doubt, turn to your breath!
