Todays question is how long will it take for me to see posture results. Everybody is different! For some people it may be quicker than others, but in serious cases, are statistics show that it generally takes 3 months at minimum to see results. If you would like further information as to why that is, watch this video and Dr. Jeff D.C. will explain exactly why that is!

Alright, question today is how long will it take to see results with my posture. Because we know that posture is a big variable for back pain. Poor posture is more common now than ever, because were all sitting on our phones like this, and you get, what we call text neck, but that leads to a lot of lower back trouble. So part of our goal, we have 3 goals really. Decompress the spjne, reactivate the muscles, but reactivate the muscles for your posture, to get your posture in a better position. Typical spine, this is pretty extreme, it typically does’nt do this, but we develop a forward head lean. The head lean starts to over load the spine, our goal is to get you back into this position. Now, to reactivate the muscles, and stretch the tissues out to get your spine into a better position. To reactivate the muscles, and stretch the tissues out, and get your spine into a better position it takes about 3 months. I see a lot of information on the internet, of oh ill fix your back pain in a day, ill fix your sciatica in a day, ill fix your posture in a day. To truly fix the problem, it takes 3 months. Depending on the severity of the problem, if its a severe problem, it really takes a minimum of 3 months, so anytime you start a program, the goal is to stick with it for the 3 months, you can’t reactivate and strengthen muscles in a day. If you go to workout and try to build muscle it takes months before you see any progress so it takes about 3 months, thats my long answer to a short question. Thank you and well see you tomorrow.
