What is it?⁣

Kettlebells carry the same qualities of a dumbbell but hold more importance in a gym. One requires a bit more of strength, stability, and energy to manoeuvre them. Moreover, kettlebells are a little more advanced than dumbbells, which makes them fit for a more complex workout, aimed at a higher fitness goal. While dumbbells can be fit into all kinds of workouts, targeted at the entire body, kettlebells primarily focus on the core strength and greater grip strength.
