Happy Fall, O’Mies! Ready to go in circles? Don’t worry, you won’t get dizzy! This 60-minute mandala flow will help us open up to our creativity and our true nature. We will work our hips, our core, and our resolve. Need some assistance with embracing change? Whether it be the seasons, a job, a house, a relationship, or anything else, this is just the flow for it.
