Want to see my workout for the day? This is a bodyweight circuit combining calisthenics and yoga to improve upper-back strength, hip mobility, and improve squat depth and endurance. Here are the exercises (in order):

Strict pull-ups, hips flexed & legs extended – 10 Total
Warrior 1 Hold – 50 seconds (5 breaths)
Airplane Hold – 40 seconds (4 breaths)
Deep Squat Hold – 100 seconds (10 breaths)

Repeat circuit 3-5x, optional 30 second rest. 5 rounds of this circuit took me about 30 minutes.
