Nothing too fancy about this workout. It just really gets the job done! You’ll learn the Pilates sidekick series and hear some amazing cue to get the most out of this work! The legs, booty, and hips will be feeling this in the best way possible! My favorite thing about the sidekick series is that it lengthens out those muscles so you’re working on flexibility while leaning out those legs!

THE WORKOUT
Side Kick Series:
Line up with the back edge of your mat. Bring the legs forward to the front edge of your mat. That way you’re in a mini “L” shape.

Leg Sweeps
Thigh Bone Turns In and Out
Leg Stays Turned In – lift and lower
Leg Turns Out – lift and lower
Leg Circles
Hot Potato Beats
