This is a 10-Minute Slow Flow Yoga sequence to get you moving and stretching the whole body. We move continuously from beginning to end so we don’t hold the poses very long in this class. The poses are simple enough to follow so there is minimal instruction in the video. This allows you to focus on your flow. We do a lot of the movements in “threes.” We start and end the class in mountain pose. My hope is that you eventually memorize the sequence and do it on your own wherever you are. 🙂
