If you’re looking to build more strength to complement your yoga practice, consider adding in this upper back, shoulder and biceps strength move. All you’ll need is a pair of light dumbbells or wooden yoga blocks would work as well. Try to 5-8 of these at the top of your vinyasa practice, and keep incorporating them with each vinyasa you do in your flow. The move helps to build upper back, shoulder and biceps strength – all of which will be helpful for your inversion practice, your posture, and in life.
