I am so excited to share this “Yoga For Fitness” practice with you! In this fun fitness flow, we will work towards being physically fit and healthy. Working on both a mental and physical state of having a body that can function well in everyday life. If you are new to yoga, it is important to modify poses by coming to your knee and taking the poses at your own pace. Wherever you are in your yoga journey, take your time and don’t give up!
