A cardiovascular workout / yoga class that integrates core work and abdominal exercises to help strengthen and stabilize the torso and lower back, improve posture and energetically center.
Taught by Michelle Goldstein at The Springs in Downtown Los Angeles, this at home video also stretches and strengthens legs, arms, hips, upper back, lower back and includes breathing and mindfulness meditation.
About Michelle Goldstein: Michelle has maintained a daily practice for 15 years. A protégée of renowned Yoga teacher, Bryan Kest of Santa Monica Power Yoga, Michelle has been teaching yoga flow and meditation for 8 years.
