Your Power Yoga Plan Master Sequences, the four sequences I’ve outlined in my book, Power Yoga: Strength, Sweat and Spirit.
Each practice emphasizes one of the principles of power and is designed to give you a holistic practice and deliver an embodied understanding of the foundational power yoga principles. They progressively build from 20 minutes to 60 minutes. You can use these sequences every day for four weeks as you build your practice and follow the program in my book. These are great practices to use independently of the plan as well anytime when you want a deep and powerful practice at home, or on the road while you are traveling.
