In this video, we will do a very slow, gentle, hatha style yoga for about 20 minutes. This is something you can do first thing in the morning to warm up, or right before you go to bed to wind down and calm your mind. It’s excellent for a gentle total body stretch, and a great way to quiet your mind and reduce stress. Hope you enjoy!
