I filmed this video of me practicing Aerial Silks at the park back in May. I am working on a new climb in the beginning and a new drop at 2:49. It is always a good day when I can take my silks to the park and practice. The song in this video is “Setting Sail” by Port Blue. Port Blue is a side project by Adam Young from Owl City. It’s a beautiful song!
