Wendi Lynch of Aerial Yoga Hawaii demonstrates how to do a shoulder stand pose in an aerial yoga hammock. Using the fabric for support, you can achieve proper shoulder stand alignment with zero neck compression. Aerial Shoulder Stand strengthens the abdominal and leg muscles, refreshes the nervous system and strengthens digestion.
