Welcome to the 2nd class of this Beginners Yoga Course Module A! I’m delighted to be sharing this with you here. It’s a wonderfully constructed 12 part course inspired by the magnificent genius of B.K.S Iyengar and translated as ‘purely’ as possible for you here.
Dosage: Practice this Sequence 3X before moving onto the next. (links to the following classes below) It’s really worth starting at the beginning as each teaching builds on the last. New poses, new alignments, new ways of understanding. If practiced as suggested, incredible structure, strength and fluidity will be simultaneously ignited. Embodying this new mind/body intelligence as it bears fruit. Hope that those of you who have wanted to follow a course and feel a sense of evolution in their practice will join me here. Note – During menstruation please avoid Core Work (Urdhva Prasarita Padasana Cycles), Strong Twists (Parivrtta Trikonasana) and replace the final Viparita Karani Resting Inversion with classical Savasana (the entire body including legs resting on the floor).
