First trimester pregnancy yoga (4 to 6 weeks)



Sharing a little pregnancy yoga flow today. It’s suitable for the first trimester, although of course because it’s so gentle you can practice it throughout your whole pregnancy as well. I wish I could say it would solve your exhaustion and nausea… but yeahhhhh, no. It might help you feel a little better though and is a really nice way to connect with an early pregnancy.
