This safe prenatal yoga class that will help you relieve backpain and release backbody tension. You will carefully warm up & stretch your spine, release psoas muscle and front hip tension, stretch quadricepts & outer hips. This routine is completely safe for pregnant women, but as always, you must consult your doctor or midwife & practice with your own judgement and modify or skip where appropriate. Anything that you think will not feel good, skip. We all have different level of fitness and our pregnancies run differently. Same pose may feel differently to each and one of us. But I truly believe that yoga for pregnant women is the answer to back pain and tension. Give it a try and let me know how you feel right after this great pregnancy yoga class.
