This yummy #yoga practice is dedicated to those who have an over pronounced anterior pelvic tilt, the over arching of the lumbar spine. More serious cases are known as #Lordosis or swayback. This adds stress to the body especially the spine in turn causes aches and pains in the low back. This routine will help bring the spine in a neutral position releasing tension from the hips and lower back creating better posture over time.
