Like I said in the beginning of the video yoga is of course way more then some people think and more then just seeing someone stretch in leggings. There are so many benefits as I shared here in this video

“The benefits of each pose”, I also wanted to share why we should do yoga or at least stretch.
As it is the 3rd component of fitness with helping in strengthening and toning your muscles, it can help with weight reduction and increased performance which prevents from any injuries, it is a stress reliever and could also be used as a workout depending on what kind of yoga you are doing.
It helps you sleep better, increases your energy and relaxes your mind. I love to stretch first thing in the morning, but after a long day spending time alone stretching makes me feel so much better and I get a even better night of sleep!
