I hope you enjoy this yoga class which emphasizes poses that strengthen and stretch the back side of the body. Included throughout class are classic spine strengthening postures like cobra, plank, reverse plank, locust and more. In addition, this yoga class includes standing balancing postures throughout a flow sequence, which will increase strength and stability.
