Pushups don’t need to be painful! If what you want is to be able to lift and lower yourself in a straight line, then suffering through traditional pushups might be just fine. But if what you want is to be a better athlete and get whole-body strong, put your work into moving your whole body in every possible direction, in everything you do.

When you practice getting to know your whole body, you get extremely strong, your endurance rises, and soon enough you can do easily what others think of as impossible! Have fun with it 🙂
