This 30-minute yoga nidra meditation is designed to help you fall asleep and rest deeply. It contains music by Rebecca Reads, binaural delta waves with soft wood chimes, in the background. It does not contain any type of wording or signals to bring you out of yoga nidra. It is based on the classic 8-stage technique.
