The vocal cues on this release will lead you right through a perfectly formatted Tabata Workout. Tabata training is a type of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and includes doing one drill eight times at an ALL OUT effort for 20 full seconds. The rest period between each 20 second push is 10 full seconds. It’s important to note that the 10-seconds of recovery should be complete rest. If you can still stay active during your 10 second recovery… you didn’t go hard enough. Good luck and have fun with your Tabata training!
