Assisted pull up – 3 sets x 10 reps
Dumbbell counterbalance split squat – 3 sets x 8 reps
Dumbbell floor press – 3 sets x 10 reps
Double dumbbell sumo deadlift – 3 sets x 8 reps
Dumbbell floor bench press – 3 sets x 10 reps
Half frog bridge – 2 sets x 15 reps
