VACCUM HOLD
🌸Simply begin standing with good posture. Inhale to inflate your lungs completely, then exhale all of the air out

🌸Once the air is out of your lungs, “draw in” with your belly button (DON’T SUCK IN), acting as there is a string tied to your button from the inside, drawing it in and up toward your spine. Visualize trying to touch your navel to your backbone. Simply do this by pulling in your stomach as far as you can and flex your groin muscles, as if you are trying to stop the flow of urine. One isometric contraction of “X” seconds is one repetition.

VACCUM TWIST
🌸Repeat steps above. HOLD that position, place your hands behind your head (or hold a light bar on the back of your shoulders), and twist from side to side, keeping those abs nice and crunched.
