Join Erin in Nosara, Costa Rica for one of her Yoga Retreats!

I hope you enjoy this yoga class as much as I enjoyed filming it! This class is a wonderful combination of hip stretching and strengthening and butt (glute) strengthening and stretching. Get ready for some happy burn during strength building sequences and opportunities for increased flexibility in deep stretch postures. I hope that you feel energized, challenged, (and maybe sore!) after this yoga class. As with almost all of my classes, you will get variations on traditional yoga postures and a bit of flow throughout. Have fun and let me know what you think!
