My flow of very gently and slow. You’ll hardly never see me do a core power flow. I focus on alignment and the breath. Taking the time my body needs to ease into a pose. I worked on some backbend warm ups and still forgot to go in a little deeper but that’s okay. I listened to my body and that’s what I needed not my mind.
