Yoga Upload with Maris Aylward – This is my modified version of Yoga Sun Salutations! In this 10-minute yoga class, we will flow through Core Salutations that connect breath and movement. This is a simple routine you can memorize easily and use when you are short on time. It is my hope that eventually, you can do this on your own anytime anywhere as your warm-up or as a complete practice in itself.
