My name is Kait and I have been teaching group classes for more than 15 years with more trainings than I can count!! My passions are Pilates, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, and Barre! I want you to find JOY in your movement and exercise. We can often take ourselves so seriously, but that’s just not my style. It’s my hope that you can smile a little as we move together on the mat and you see that working out doesn’t have to be painful or boring. I want you to find presence, balance, strength, and confidence in your body and mind each time you jump on your mat. Come practice with me!
