In this class we will work on techniques to control our mood swings. Sometimes these come due to depression, during period or pregnancy, before period, from diabetes, mood swings in men, mood swings in relationships, mood swings in menopause, and the list goes on. However, it is healthy to acknowledge when we exhibit these, and learn how to control and balance them. We will work with a short but powerful kriya which produces a state of union or ecstasy by combining the energies of prana and apana and raising the energy through the pineal gland. This opens our brain potential. We then go into an uplifting meditation which will boost your mood and leave you with a sense of happiness and joy.
