Pardon the big beard! This is a video I created for an online channel a couple of years ago and includes breathing exercises, seated warm-ups, abdominals and sun salutations to get you feeling the strength in your body. This is a great place to start and also a good class to do daily.
You will need a rolled up yoga mat, towel or yoga block to use for the core work.
